During the international GO FAIR Festival from 21-23 June 2021, the FAIR Office Austria was accepted as one of the emerging national GO FAIR Offices, alongside the Netherlands and Denmark.
The FAIR Office Austria will thus be part of the global GO FAIR Initiative and support its governance. At the local level, it will advocate for active participation in GO FAIR Implementation Networks (INs). INs are working groups dedicated to defining and creating specific materials and tools as elements of an “Internet of FAIR Data and Services” (IFDS).
